$2.3MM SHORT TERM LAND BRIDGE

We are pleased to announce that we have recently closed a $2.3MM non-recourse land bridge loan.  

This transaction featured a very well located parcel, which has all preliminary approvals needed for the development of up to 230 apartment units in a core metro area.  The land bridge was necessary to accommodate a reasonable sale period for the project.
