We are pleased to announce the closing of a $3,400,000 construction loan to accommodate the construction of three homes in Los Angeles.   

Beachrock has successfully closed a $3,400,000 senior construction loan to accommodate the construction of three "SLO" (Small Lot Ordinance")
homes in Los Angeles. 

Beachrock was able to source a bank that was able to provide higher leverage than non-bank lenders.
