$3,900,000 Ground Up Construction Loan

We are pleased to announce the closing of a $3,900,000 construction loan which will be used to build six cottage style condominium for-sale residential units in the Pacific Northwest.  

Beachrock successfully closed the loan with a Bank lender who was able to deliver the loan with a high, 80% LTC advance rate, and a repayment guarantee provision that was limited to a corporate entity.
