$8,900,000 Construction Loan

We are pleased to announce the closing of a $8,900,000 construction loan which will be used to build 24 proposed detached single family residences located in Windsor, CA. 

Beachrock was able to secure a loan from a bank that allowed the builder to execute the phased execution of the shovel ready project.  The experienced bank lender was able to underwrite the project's value, despite a limited set of comparable new homes in the immediate area, and successfully close the loan.
