$1,000,000 Industrial Bridge

We are pleased to announce the closing of a $1,000,000 cash out bridge loan collateralized by an existing industrial property located in Vista, CA.   

Beachrock successfully closed the loan with a non-Bank lender who was able to deliver the loan within the short time frame needed to provide the borrower with liquidity.  Beachrock sourced a loan with no prepayment penalties, which was important due to the property's pending sale to the tenant.
