$2,050,000 Fix and Flip Loan

We are pleased to announce the closing of a $2,050,000 Fix and Flip Loan for a property located in Santa Monica, CA.  

Beachrock successfully closed the fixed rate loan with a private money lender who was able to offer a 2-week closing schedule and a 90% LTC advance rate.  

Beachrock worked closely with the lender to ensure that the lender and all required third parties could meet the Borrower's tight closing requirements.  Additionally, the lender's 90% LTC advance rate allowed the Sponsor to minimize the total amount of cash equity needed for the project.
