$2,250,000 Fix and Flip Loan

We are pleased to announce the closing of a $2,250,000 Fix and Flip Loan for a property located in the Silverlake area of Los Angeles.  

Beachrock successfully closed the fixed rate loan with a private money lender who was able to offer favorable terms and a high advance rate.  

Beachrock worked closely with the lender to ensure that the lender fully understood the post renovation value of the property, which included significant additional square footage.  This allowed the lender to have the confidence to structure a 90% LTC advance rate.  The advance rate allowed the Borrower to minimize out-of-pocket investment, and focus on the value creation of the business plan.
