$4,800,000 Land Bridge Loan

We are pleased to announce the closing of a $4,800,000 bridge loan which will allow the owners of an entitled 55+ multifamily project to complete their ongoing engineering and permitting.

Beachrock has successfully closed the $4,800,000 loan with a private lender who will allow draws to fund the ongoing engineering and permitting needed to bring the project to a fully shovel ready condition.  

The lender was able to provide sufficient leverage to allow the Borrower to self-fund all of the equity requirements of the project without seeking a third party investor and has agreed to provide the future construction financing.
