Beachrock has successfully closed a $7,850,000 bridge loan on 20 recently completed stacked flat condominium units in Los Angeles. The loan refinanced the Builder's original construction loan, and provided significant cash out by unlocking cash and market equity trapped in the project. Beachrock identified a bridge lender that immediately recognized the value of the collateral and provided the cash out refinance at a favorable rate and terms.
