We are pleased to announce the closing of a joint venture to accommodate the construction and sale
of 13 luxury single-family homes in Santa Rosa.
Beachrock has successfully closed a joint venture with a private investor on a shovel-ready project in Santa Rosa, CA. The project will include 13 single-family homes in an upscale neighborhood.
Importantly, Beachrock identified an investor that engaged with our Client with the intent of a long-term and programmatic relationship. The transaction is the first of several scheduled investments to be made by the newly formed partnership.
