$10,500,000 Construction Loan

We are pleased to announce the closing of a $10,500,000 senior construction loan, which will accommodate "Phase 1" of a proposed community. The 37 unit community will feature luxury homes on estate sized lots located in Perris, CA.

Beachrock was able to secure a lender that understood the value of the underlying entitlements, as well as the significant infrastructure and site development already in place. The Lender's high advance rate allowed the Sponsor to fund the projects equity requirement.
