$13,500,000 SFR Bridge Loan

We are pleased to announce the closing of a $13,500,000 bridge loan. The loan allowed the Sponsor to refinance an existing bank loan, which provided time to finish and sell the 24 nearly-completed townhome units located in Torrance, CA.

Beachrock successfully closed the loan with a private lender who was able to provide the needed financing. The lender was able to meet the 30 day closing deadline, match the outgoing Bank's pricing, and provide favorable partial release provisions for our Client.
